The Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts’s, Cape Cod & The Islands Young Professionals is a group of emerging leaders enthusiastic about our mission of helping transform the lives of children in our community. Each member makes Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Massachusetts, Cape Cod & The Islands one of their top philanthropic priorities. As a group, their primary role is to act as ambassadors with the goal of increasing awareness, volunteerism, and support for the organization.

Experience

By joining the YPG, you will gain access to unique opportunities to connect with our mission and work.

Members have the opportunity to support the Agency by actively recruiting Bigs, advising on special projects, helping build community partnerships, and planning fundraising events.

Commitment

  • Philanthropic support (suggest $250/year)
  • Attend at least two meetings per year
  • Attend one YPG event throughout the year
  • Volunteer at one Agency event
  • Assist the Agency with special projects and serve as subject matter experts
  • Serve on an event committee
  • Volunteer as a BIG
  • Help recruit BIGS at your company
